Community Parks

To ensure the availability of private parks for future benefit and enjoyment of all Consejo Shores property owners, a legally binding agreement between Consejo Shores Parks & Roads Trust Ltd (CSPRTL) and Consejo Shores Ltd (CSL) ensured the following caution be placed on the land titles of each of the community parks:

Community Parks - "Park-Reserved for recreational use of Consejo Shores subdivision property owners".

Consejo Shores has five community parks which are rich in biodiversity and each are uniquely different. The three seaside parks: Tamay, Sunrise and Pelican Cove parks display an unusual geological setting called karst topography in which groundwater dissolves the underlying soils causing the surface to slump or form sinkholes and caves. Wildman Park and the Golf Course Park are a parkland setting interconnected by shady walking trails.  So, whether you enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets, balmy breezes or simply enjoy connecting with the natural environment, our parks have much to offer.

Please be aware: As stated in the Park and Road Use Guidelines document, vehicular traffic in ALL PARKS is restricted to CSPRTL authorized maintenance contractors or volunteer crews organized by CSPRTL. The seaside parks in particular are prone to the development of caves that present safety risks to vehicles and drivers as well as significant potential repair costs for CSPRTL. Foot traffic ONLY is permitted in the parks.  Off-site parking is available at all parks.
